Shipping + Returns

 

 

SHIPPING:

We try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our New York studio location (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow up to 7 business days of additional processing time for orders placed with Ground Shipping or International Economy during and after sales, as well as during season launch periods. If you need to receive your order quickly, please select an expedited shipping option when checking out.

Once the package is received by the carrier and tracking says it has been delivered we are not liable for missing, lost or stolen packages. If you’d like to request signature upon package arrival please email us before placing your order.

Please note the Louise offices are closed on weekends, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, along with any return shipping costs.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We hope you love your Louise pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns within 10 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment. Returns received between 10–30 days of delivery will be issued as store credit. Returns submitted beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

All items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Sale items are considered final sale and are eligible for store credit only. A $10 restocking fee and a $10 return shipping fee will be applied to all returns.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to secure a different style, we recommend placing a new order. Once your return is received and approved, your refund or store credit will be processed accordingly.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@louise.clothing to request a return label. Domestic return labels are available for $10. At this time, we’re unable to provide return labels for international orders.

Wholesale Orders: We do not accept returns after 15 days of receiving your order.
