Shipping + Returns

 

SHIPPING:

We try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our New York studio location (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow up to 7 business days of additional processing time for orders placed with Ground Shipping or International Economy during and after sales, as well as during season launch periods. If you need to receive your order quickly, please select an expedited shipping option when checking out.

Once the package is received by the carrier and tracking says it has been delivered we are not liable for missing, lost or stolen packages. If you’d like to request signature upon package arrival please email us before placing your order.

Please note the Louise offices are closed on weekends, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that all international orders are considered final sale. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on international orders.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We hope you love your Louise pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns within 10 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment. Returns made between 10 and 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit. Returns submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and are eligible for store credit only.

If the sizing doesn't work, we're happy to offer an exchange. A $10 exchange fee applies to help cover the cost of return shipping and shipping your replacement item.

Please note that returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund. A $10 restocking fee and a $10 return shipping fee apply to all returns.

Wholesale Orders: We do not accept returns after 15 days of receiving your order.
